I just moved into Milieu - this place has been nothing but amazing. Everyone has been courteous, kind, and inviting. The community is well kept and clean. The individual apartments – as well as the building as a whole – is beautiful; the park across the street is perfect for my dog; and you can even sign out board games downstairs! The staff always greet you upon entering and have done their utmost to make me feel safe and secure. Thank you Milieu staff; keep up the great work!

Milieu is such a stunning and unique building. The apartment layouts are spacious and the finishes are incredibly high quality. In addition to the amenities, Milieu offers amazing services and conveniences that I haven't seen at many other buildings. The management team is also great, responsive, and super friendly! The West Loop area is in such high demand right now, so I was surprised by their fantastic pricing.

I’ve lived in Milieu for a few months. The staff makes sure I feel safe and secure at Milieu. The offered amenities are always kept clean. The proximity to downtown is nice and the neighborhood location within West Loop is definitely a plus.
